Today we will begin by drinking ceremonial cacao — a gentle heart-opening plant medicine — to soften and reconnect. From there, you will be guided into a conscious connected breathwork journey. You may choose to sit or lie down as Rosemary safely guides you throughout, supporting you to feel, release, and gently move through whatever arises.

This is a powerful yet nurturing practice that can help restore emotional balance, ease tension, and bring a deeper sense of peace.

At the end of the session, you will lie down comfortably under a blanket, allowing the body and nervous system to integrate and rebalance.

It is a deeply worthwhile experience.
